Local Control and Accountability Plan
(LCAP)

The Local Control and Accountability Plan is a critical part of California’s Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).  Our district-level plan will continue to be updated annually. We will continue to engage our stakeholder groups as we improve and continue to develop strong foundational actions to ensure success for all children. Below is a copy of the draft LCAP for the 2019-2020 school year.

Please take some time to read through the LCAP document that has been analyzed by multiple stakeholders for recommendations and cross-referenced them with our current actions and data to ensure that we are providing increased and improved services for our Low-Income, Foster Youth, and English Learner students. There is a response form to gather other community feedback for the Board of Education regarding the LCAP draft and the Superintendent’s responses to different stakeholders’ ideas. All feedback will be shared with the Board of Education, and the recommendations that are not included in the final 2019-2020 LCAP plan will be memorialized in LCAP planning documents.  These recommendations will be reviewed in the next year if constant funding sources become available.
